Appetizers and Sandwiches

Nachos

1lb Ground beef

1 Onion diced

1 Green and Red peppers diced

1 bunch Green onion diced

1tbsp Chilli powder

Salt and pepper TT

1 cup of Sour cream

Tortilla chips

Tex-Mex cheese

1tbsp oil

1 jar of Jalapeno peppers (oppional)

Steps

1. In frying pan heat up your oil. When your oil is heated up. Add in your ground beef. Season it with your salt, pepper and chilli powder. After you browned your beef. Drain the fat and the set the beef in bowl or plate.

2. On a large plate or platter arrange the torritria chips, peppers, onion, green onion and cheese. Along with your cooked beef into layers. In the layers you could add some jalapeno peppers.

3. When you dice up your green leave some behind. Place sour cream in bowl and add the rest of your green onion.

4. Turn your oven or toaster oven on broil. Place your nachos in the oven or toaster oven. Take out when cheese is melted. After taking out your nachos. Place a little bit of sour cream mixture on top. Leave the rest for dipping in.

Hot Wings or Buffalo Wings

1 box or package of Wings

1 cup Oil or cooking spray

1/2lb Butter

Hot Sauce

1 tbsp Chilli powder

1 tsp Cyanne pepper

1 can Tomato sauce

Steps

1. If are using package of wing. Seperate the wingets and drumstick and decarde the tips. Seperate the wingets and drumbstick with a knife.

2. With pot add the oil and heat up the oil. If you have deep fryer. Heat up your oil in that. You could also preheat your oven to 375f. Wrap a baking sheet with tin foil and spray with cooking spray. Then arrange your wings and place in over. Let it cook for 30 minutes.

3. After you precooked your wings. In small small pot melt your butter. After it is melted add in your hot sauce. Then add your chilli powder, cyanne pepper and tomato sauce. Then dip the wings into the sauce and place on the baking sheet. Now if you have your own sauce made that is good.

4. Place back in the oven. Turn down the heat to 250f and let it cook for another 15 minutes.

 

BLT

3 slices of Bacon

1 Tomato

Mayo or butter

2 slices of Bread

Leaf of Lettuce

Steps

1. In frying pan cook off your bacon and take your. Place it on plate with paper towel and set aside.

2. Place your bread in a toaster or toaster overn and let brown.

3. Slice your tomato in round thin slices.

4. When your toast is done. On both slices spread the mayo or butter. Place down lettuce, tomato and bacon. Cut in a diangle and place on plate.

Club House

3 Slices Bacon

1 Tomato

Lettuce

Turkey breast

Ham Slices

3 Slices Bread

Mayo or butter or ketchup

Cheese slices

Steps

1. Cook off your bacon and after it is cooked. Place it on plate with paper towel and set aside.

2. Cut your tomato into round slices.

3. Take a few lettuce leaves and cut them in too.

4. Place the bread in a toaster or toaster oven and let it brown.

5. Take your toasted bread out of toaster or toaster oven. Spread mayo or butter or ketchup on each of the slices. Add one layer of lettuce, tomato, turkey and ham. With other slice add lettuce tomato and bacon and cheese. Then add your last slice of toast. Place tooth picks to keep it all in place and cut in four halives. Place on a plate.

Bruschetta

1-2 Cloves of Garlic diced

1 Onion diced

1 Tomato diced

Black olives diced

French or Italian bread cut lenthwise

2tbps Olive oil divide

Parmesan cheese

Steps

1. In small bowl add the diced tomato, onion and olives. Then add 1tbsp of oil and sprinkel cheese on your your mixture. Mix it all well

2. Take your bread that you cut lenthwise. Add the mixute to the bread by spreading it over the top of both slices. Add the remander oil on top of each.

3. Place each of the slices in a oven or toaster over. Turn the oven or toaster oven on broil. Take out when has browned. Cut into pieces and serve on tray or platter.

Broiled Tomato(es)

Tomato(es)

Sugar 2tsp

Garlic butter melted 1oz

Fresh parsley chopped 1tbsp

Fresh white bread crumbs 1tbsp

Steps

1. Core and halve the tomato(es).

2. Sprinkle sugar on top of each half. Place on a broiler platter and broil until tender.

3. Drizzle with butter and garnish with parsley and bread crumbs.

4. Quickly brown bread crumbs under broiler.

 

Grilled Cheese

2 Slices of Bread

Butter

1 Cheese slice

Bacon(optional)

Step

Butter Both sides of one slice of bread and only one side of the other. The slice with out butter on it place slice of cheese on it. At this point if you cooked off coupel slices of bacon. Put that on top of the cheese. Then add the other slice of bread that has butter on both sides. Place all in frying pan or on grill. Only take off when slices of bread is browned and cheese is melted inside. Cut in too and place on plate.

Western Sandwich

1 Green and Red pepper diced

1 Onion diced

Slice of Ham diced

2 slices of Bread

Mayo

1 Egg

Step

In bowl mix together diced peppers, onion, ham and egg. Whisk it all together. Poor your egg mixture in well gressed frying pan. Place Slices of bread in toaster or toater oven. Make sure you cook bothsides of your egg mixture. Take out bread when it has browned. Spread some mayo on both slices. Add your egg mixture to toast. Cut in too and place on plate.
